You can sign up online or by calling 1 800 373-1100 and talking to a Nicor Services customer care representative.

What is the cost?
The cost for this coverage is a small monthly fee of $4.95, which will be added directly to your natural gas bill.

How does the program work?
With this plan, our technician will repair leaks on exposed pipes and appliance connectors inside your home. Most repairs will be made the same day. We also guarantee that the work will be done correctly.

Are parts and labor covered if there is a repair?
If the technician determines that there is a problem and repairs it, there is no charge for the parts or the labor, up to $600.
